Ability to associate a single API client application with multiple SAP Ariba solutions

Feature Description

Historically, each API client application could access only one SAP Ariba solution. This feature enables the customer developer to associate a single API application with multiple solutions, expanding the range of data that can be accessed and manipulated with a single client application. This ability is only available on APIs that support multiple solutions.

Currently all API application can only access one SAP Ariba solution.

Prerequisites

You must have the ability to request API access for client applications in the SAP Ariba Developer portal in order to use this feature

Restrictions

Each API is configured to specify what SAP Ariba solutions it can work with. It is only possible to configure your application to work with a solution if the API you selected has been configured to do so. This means that if an API has only been configured to use a single solution, you will only be able to select one solution for your client application to access.
