With this feature, Ariba Network offers you data analytics related to your procurement activities. Information is presented as predefined stories (presentation-style documents that describe data) in the new Analytics dashboard in the Ariba Network user interface for buyers.

As of now, customers on the Ariba Network have no access to analytics based on their transactional data on the Ariba Network. Data can be extracted at a granular level via APIs or downloadable reports, but customers will need to create on their own any visual data representations they may need. Such task can be quite time consuming.

This feature introduces predefined analytics stories for purchase orders and invoices transaction data. The analytics are available out of the box with no data modelling or data presentation effort required from the customer, making it easy for buyer users to gain an understanding of their procurement activities on the Ariba Network.
