• Access to Test (or Prod) SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance environment
• To create modular supplier questionnaire templates, you must be a member of the Template Creator and SM Modular Questionnaire Manager groups
• When creating your template, you must set the Questionnaire Type field for your template. A user in the Customer Admin group will need to load the values for the Questionnaire Type field via the Import Questionnaire Types data import task.
• You must also set the Certificate Type field for you certificate question types for your template. A user in the Customer Admin group will need to load the values for the Certificate Type field via the Import Certificate Types data import task.
