Parameter Application.AQS.ERPIntegration.PRDocumentTypeValidCombos is set up correctly, but Document Type and Document Category field values are not being filtered correctly in event award scenario page.

In case the event is integrated, but the combinations are still not being filtered accordingly, the PR Document Type is probably not coming from the external system. In case the event is not integrated with external system, it is expected that the parameter won't take any effect.

This parameter requires combinations of PR Document Type, Document Type, and Document Category to be set up in this format: PRDocType:DocType:DocCategory. So PR Document Type must come from the external system via payload for the combinations to be correctly filtered.

Make sure that the event is integrated with external system.

For sourcing projects, check if PR Document Type can be located in the Field Configuration page:

1. Click Manage > Administration. Select Advanced in the top side of the page.
2. Click Customization Manager.
3. Click Field Configuration and search for sourcingproject.
4. Search for PR Document Type inside the list.

If you are not able to find the PR document Type, the filter will not work.

In addition, make sure the feature UP-7329 (PRDocumentType Support) is enabled. You can see more about Application.AQS.ERPIntegration.PRDocumentTypeValidCombos in Site configuration options for managing events.

Other parameters that starts with Application.AQS.ERPIntegration will not affect non-integrated events as well, so this is one of the possible causes of this behavior.
