Feature Description

We’ve added the ability to create new accounts and manage your trading relationships:
• Sign up for a new Ariba Network account directly from the mobile app
• View, accept, and dismiss relationship requests from potential trading partners

Customer Problem

Previously, suppliers could not create new accounts or manage trading relationship requests from the SAP Ariba Supplier mobile app.

Customer Value Proposition

Now, suppliers are able to use the mobile app to create a new account and be notified, view, accept, and dismiss relationship requests from potential trading partners using the SAP Ariba Supplier mobile app, giving the suppliers the ability to be more responsive on the go.

Prerequisites

iOS - Requires 14.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.

Android - Requires 9.1 and up.

Restrictions

You can not use SAP Ariba Supplier on devices that are not passcode protected.

You can not share orders and invoices with 100 or more line items.

Though SAP Ariba Supplier supports and expands many of the features and functionality of SAP Business Network, it does not support all features and functionality of SAP Business Network. For example:

- You can not use SAP Ariba Supplier to view and respond to leads created by buyers using the quote automation feature.
- You can not use SAP Ariba Supplier to view custom implementations applied to SAP Business Network. If your buyer uses custom order confirmation layouts, you should perform the related tasks on SAP Business Network
- You can not use SAP Ariba Supplier to view or download attachments to collaboration requests.
