How do I enable debug logs on SAP Cloud Connector?

Please follow below steps to enable debug logs in your SAP Cloud Connector:

• Navigate to Log and Trace Files tab.
• Click on Edit against Settings tile.
• A screen Edit Log Settings appears.
• Set Cloud Connector Loggers and Other Loggers to Debug, CPIC Trace Level to 3.
• Set the checkbox for Payload Trace.
• Click Save.

You can then run an end to end test to reproduce the issue and download the SAP Cloud Connector debug logs (File name : ljs_trace.log) using () icon against Log and Trace Files tile. Please also refer to SAP KBA Log and Trace files for the SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Connector which describes in detail about enabling and downloading the logs.
