Tracking the status of sub-tasks in procurement operations desk

Feature Description

This feature enables procurement operations desk users to track the status of the sub-tasks assigned to other users. The sub-task status is available in procurement operations desk for both, the tasks related to the sourcing solutions, and the tasks related to the buying solutions.

Customer Problem

Task owners in POD had to navigate to all the sub-tasks to understand the completion status. This can increases cycle time of the task completion in POD and is not an optimal user experience.

Customer Value Proposition

Sub-tasks in POD are now nested under the main task, and the status of sub-tasks is visible within this nested structure for both individual and team tasks.

This provides a quick view of all sub-task statuses to the main task owner, significantly reducing the time needed to determine sub-task progress and make decisions.
