This feature allows users to see changes that were made to sourcing event questions or contract terms on a contract workspace on the Audit History page for that workspace.

Within the contract workspace, certain fields, such as contract terms and sourcing questions, are prepopulated based on prior sourcing events, but these fields can be modified. When they were modified, however, there was no log that recorded what the changes were, who made them, and when. This led to confusion and wasted time when users needed more information about the modifications that had been made.

Contract managers now have the ability to view the history of any changes made to the prepopulated contract terms and sourcing questions fields within the contract workspace. They can quickly determine what changes were made, who made them and when, which allows them to follow up if necessary in the case of any discrepancies. This saves valuable time that can be dedicated to more useful tasks.
