Feature Description

With this feature, customer administrators can prevent users from activating the old SAP Ariba mobile app by configuring their site so that the option to enter the activation code is not displayed in the 'Activate Mobile Device' page.

Customer Problem

Many customers would like to disable activation of the old Ariba Mobile app before rolling out the new SAP Ariba Procurement app. At present, there is no way to do so.

Customer Value Proposition

Customers can prevent users from activating the old SAP Ariba mobile app using a new self service parameter, Application.Mobile.DisableSAPAribaMobileAppActivation, while leaving activation of the new Ariba Procurement mobile app intact. This eliminates any confusion for users and allows them only to activate the new app.
