Symptom

When user tries to complete Grant Access gets the below error message in Docusign page redirected from Ariba

The redirect URL is not registered properly with Docusign

Cause

This issue occurs if the URL is not added under API keys in the DocuSign page. This is automatically updated in Docusign when the Grant Consent is clicked in Docusign page. However, in some cases this may needs to be added manually by the Docusign Administrator
