How can I delete Purchase Requisition (PR) in Composing status if they are not displayed in Guided Buying for the requester?

In order to delete the PR the user needs to access the SAP Ariba Procurement Solution and then remove the PRs there.

In case the users don't have access to the SAP Ariba procurement solution the System Administrator or the Designated Support Contact (DSC) needs to do it for them.

The steps are:

1. Access Service Manager > User Manager > Search the user > Actions > Act As the user selected.
2. My Documents > View More
3. In search filters > Status > Composing status > Search
4. Select the PR > Delete
