How can I enable SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network?

The account administrator can enable Managed Gateway for Spend&Network by following the below steps:

• For Ariba Procurement: Go to Manage > Core Administration > Integration Manager > Managed Gateway for Spend&Network > Enable.
• For Ariba Sourcing: Go to Manage > Administration > Integration Manager > Managed Gateway for Spend&Network > Enable.
• For SAP Business Network: Go to Administration > Configuration > SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network > Enable. (If you are not assigned with Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Configuration and Managed Gateway for Spend&Network Access by your admin, the SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network option will not be displayed for you in SAP Business Network. In this case, please contact your admin to assign these roles to you)

• Please note that Managed Gateway for Spend&Network is available only for Sourcing (S4) and SAP variant realms. There is no integration tasks enabled for other variant realms as Managed Gateway for Spend&Network is not supported for other ERPs.
• Once enabled, you will receive an email with the username [P user] and password to access Managed Gateway.
• If you are an existing Managed Gateway customer, you can also find more information regarding migrations from SAP Integration Suite, Managed Gateway for Spend Management and SAP Business Network Migration Guide help portal.
• Do not change the URLs of the End-Points on the Outbound Integration tasks, e.g. Export Purchase Orders Asynchronously.
• To access the Managed Gateway for Spend&Network portal, use the same path mentioned above (depending on which product you are using) and click on the link to log in.
