SAP Ariba Readiness Feature Preview - Ability to edit header-level fields on simultaneous amendments

This feature introduce the capability to edit header level fields on a simultaneous amendments. Custom header fields can also be made editable. With this feature, the process with simultaneous amendments can be made more efficient, less error prone, and more inline with how change requisitions behaves.
