SAP Ariba Readiness Feature Preview - Ship notice update

A new default transaction rule allows customers to define if their suppliers are able to edit submitted ship notices. Possible scenarios for editing a ship notice are:

• Customer initiated: When a ship notice fails post-validation check in the customer system.
• Supplier initiated: When a supplier edits ship notice fields, like quantity or dates, due to business reasons.
• Failure: The ship notice fails the pre-validation check in the buyer system, or Ariba Network fails to deliver the ship notice to the buyer system.
