Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Quote Message is failing in CIG with the following error message:

Error: Mapping not configured between <Supplier AN ID> T and <Buyer AN ID> in the Project for the cXML - 1.2.038-Quote. Suggested Action : Please Configure Data Maps for Incoming and Outgoing Transaction Documents in CIG Portal -> Project -> Mappings . For configuration instructions refer to CIG Portal -> Resources -> Implementation Guides -> User Guide ->Cloud Integration Portal Guide-> Configuring an Ariba cloud integration project. For further assistance, please contact CIG Support with Error Code : CIG-PLT-00611

There is a need to upload enumerations in the sourcing realm. Please kindly note the Additional Information article section before perform the following steps:

1. In Sourcing site, access: Customization Manager
2. Enumerations > Click Export (to export the excel configurations for ariba.sourcing.integration.documentcategory and ariba.sourcing.integration.documenttype)
3. Update the values and import the configurations back
4. Trigger a new message once the enumeration changes are completed

Sourcing enumerations for Document type and document category are not set up correctly.

The issue with your Quote message payload sent from Sourcing is that the FollowUpDocument category (ariba.sourcing.integration.documentcategory) is just valid when sent with the following values:

• NB
• WK
• MK

Also, the FollowUpDocument type (ariba.sourcing.integration.documenttype) is just valid when sent with the following values:

• For Purchase Order :
  • Replace the value of the Display Value field with the value @aml.sourcing.RFxExt/PODocumentTypeLabel
  • Replace the value of the Value field with the value F
    
    
• For Contract :
  • Replace the value of the Display Value field with the value @aml.sourcing.RFxExt/ContractDocumentTypeLabel
  • Replace the value of the Value field with the value K
