Why does the Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires tab only show the welcome banner, but I cannot see any events?

Security features on your computer might cause a blank page when accessing an event.

If you are unable to turn off the pop-up blocker yourself, you will need to contact your internal IT department to request that they remove the pop-up blocker that is preventing your screen from completely loading.

1. Common software brands are AdBlock Plus or uBlock but there are many more.
2. If in use at your company, you will need to temporarily disable or pause it, then reload the page.

Check to see if your URL starts with HTTP, if so

1. Change it to HTTPS.
2. Hit 'enter' to update the page.
3. Accept any security warnings that appear in your browser.

As a workaround for the pop-up blocker, you can access the content by using incognito mode.

To go into incognito mode:

• Hold Ctrl+shift+N, this will take you into a black screen
• Login to SAP Ariba
• Once you are signed in, you will be able to view any questionnaire that you have been invited to participate in, past and present
