Previously, it was not possible to configure a default value for the rate qualifier for prices of items for goods and service items on collaborative requisitions.

Note: The rate qualifier options on collaborative requisitions are Fixed, Negotiable, and Not to exceed.

This issue has been fixed. Now, the existing parameter Application.CategoryProcurement.DefaultValueQualifier can be used to specify the default rate qualifier option on collaborative requisitions.
