Manage all SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance templates, including creating questionnaires and request forms. In the default configuration, the Template Creator group is a member of the project team for all of the SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance templates.

Translator

Provide translations for questionnaire and form content (for users that are also members of the Template Creator group) and custom notifications (for users that are also members of the Project Email Template Administrator group).

Project Email Templates Administrator

Customize the content of all SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance notifications.

Customer Administrator

Import and export data in Ariba Administrator and SM Administration, create new users, and add groups to existing users.

Configure integration with an external ERP system in SM Administration area.

Legal

Approve forms and questionnaires, if they are part of the approval process defined in the template. This group does not confer many functional privileges, but is useful for defining approval processes that require participation by your organization's legal department.

Finance

SM Process Manager

Create and manage process project templates, if they're also members of the Template Creator group, in sites where the flexible process framework feature (SM-16798) is enabled.
