The consolidated group export task, Export User To Group Mapping Data (Consolidated File), needed to be preconfigured to be used with the Ariba Data Transfer Tool that is part of the Ariba Integration Toolkit (ITK). This was necessary to automate the download of user to group mapping data for export to external systems.

Now, the consolidated group export task has been preconfigured to be used with the Data Transfer Tool. The task has an ITK name, Group Mapping Consolidated Export, which must be used to configure this task in the appropriate options file of the Ariba Data Transfer Tool. For more information on configuring data export tasks with the Ariba Data Transfer Tool, see the Configuring Events For Use With the Ariba Data Transfer Tool section of the Ariba Integration Toolkit guide.

Action Required / Change Impact:

This change introduces a new event for use with the ITK. It requires manual configuration of the event in the Ariba Data Transfer Tool option.
