How do I delete/clear my browser's recent history, cookies or cache?

We recommend deleting your browser's temporary Internet files, cookies, cache, and history regularly for optimal performance.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer:

1. In the upper right corner of the browser, click Tools () > Safety > Delete browsing history...
   The Delete Browsing History popup appears.
2. On the General tab under Browsing history, click Delete
3. Check the boxes for Cookies and Temporary Internet files and website files
4. Click Delete
5. After the browser finishes deleting your history, log out of Ariba and close your browser
6. Open Internet Explorer again

In Mozilla Firefox:

1. In the upper right corner of the browser, click the the menu button () > Options.
2. On the left side of the screen, click Privacy & Security.
3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
   The Clear Data popup appears.
4. Click Clear.
5. After the browser finishes deleting your history, log out of Ariba and close your browser.
6. Open Internet Explorer again.

In Google Chrome:

1. In the upper right corner of the browser, click More () > More tools > Clear browsing data.
   The Clear browsing data popup appears.
2. Click the Basic tab.
3. In the Time range dropdown, choose All time.
4. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear Data.
6. After the browser finishes deleting your history, log out of Ariba and close your browser.
7. Open Google Chrome again.

To quickly access browser's recent history press and hold the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys on your keyboard. Then, you can remove the files according to the steps for your browser.

Make sure that you always use a certified version of your internet browser.
