What is the Data Dictionary?

The Data Dictionary is a Microsoft Excel workbook that contains detailed descriptions of the data import and export tasks available for your Ariba System, along with information about the structure of the comma-separated values(CSV) files you can import and export.

Refer to the Data Dictionary when entering data in CSV files and running data import tasks.

You can download the Data Dictionary by following below steps:

1)Login to the realm > Manage > Core Administration

2)Go to Site Manager > click on Data Import/Export

3)Click on Download Data Dictionary.
