How to add items to an invoice when the "Add items" button is disabled?

How can I add items to an invoice when the 'Add items' button is disabled?
How do I add items from my Catalog or Price Book my Buyer has issued?

Answer

To add items, click on ‘Add Item From Catalog’. The catalog will populate automatically. 

  1. Click on ‘Search’ to get the list of products.
  2. Select the products you will add to the invoice
  3. Check the box
  4. Click on ‘cart’ at the right
  5. Then click on ‘cart’ at the top
  6. Click on ‘order’. The price and quantity can be updated on the invoice summary if needed.
  7. The lines will be loaded on the ‘invoice summary’

All lines should be added from the catalog, not manually.

If the catalog has items with ‘on request’ status, the price has expired and you will not be able to add the lines to the invoice. Please contact your buyer and request them to update their prices with the Regional Content Team.

 

Additional Information

If the catalog does not populate, please check your pop up blocker. Pop up's must be "allowed" for SupplyCentre to present all relevant messages.
