How do I update my company information in Supply Network Manager (SNM)?
Suppliers can view and update their company information in the Partner Profile.
To manage Partner Profile:
1. Click on the Analyze and Manage tab
2. Click on Trade Partner Profile
3. Click on Manage Profile
4. Click on Edit to view and complete Partial and Pending status Partner Profiles. It is essential that all Partner Profile categories have a ‘Completed’ status to ensure accurate Buyer validation results.
Information for each Partner Profile Domain will contain one of the following statuses:
• Completed: Profile information is 100% complete;
• Partial: Mandatory profile information is completed but all profile information is not completed;
• Pending: Mandatory information is not completed.
There is a "time out” period, SNM will request the user to authenticate once the SNM session has been opened and without use for more than 20 (twenty) minutes. Data will be lost if it is not saved.
